Since 120 years ago the High Court had not observed any design fine but a Lower Court Jury found that Samsung had copied Apple IPhone's design and awarded $548.2 million.
After five years of lawsuit over Samsung in the U.S Supreme Court for Samsung copying Apple IPhone's design.The Supreme Court will hear how much will Samsung pay to Apple for the violation.Big technology companies Facebook,Google,Dell and Hewlett Packard are also interested in the argument.
I think Apple is not issuing about the IPhone's design being copied but violation against the design.
Right now the Supreme Court Justices will judge may be Apple will have all profit made on Samsung violation phones or violation features.
