Some weeks ago Apple accused Samsung of stealing IPhone's design which was billed $1 billion later reduce to $582 million.On Friday US regulator group banned all Samsung Note 7s due to explosion when overheating from all flights coming in,going out and within.
Secretary Anthony Foxx said “We recognize that banning these phones from airlines will inconvenience some passengers,but the safety of all those aboard an aircraft must take priority ",“We are taking this additional step because even one fire incident in-flight poses a high risk of severe personal injury and puts many lives at risk".
Right now all passengers aren't permit to bring in device,save in baggage or operate device in flights. Also the device cannot be shipped as air cargo.
Samsung said “We have encouraged airlines to issue similar communications directly to their passengers" the company email statement “Any Galaxy Note 7 owner should visit their carrier and retail store to participate in the US Note 7 Refund and Exchange Program now.We realize this is an inconvenience but your safety has to remain our top priority " Announced by the US Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration and the Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety.
