• Click on Account Information 
• Input your registration form and save
• Click configure

• Tweaks : Your network e.g Nigeria Mtn
• Connection Mode : DNS
• Port : 53
After goto your browser set as follow :
• Proxy : 127.0.0.1
• Port : 8080
