Popular TV Quiz game show, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire also called WWTBAM in short form will be really missed by fans after the shocking revelation that it will be going on a temporary break, due to a lack of sponsorship.
WWTBAM, which was popular for its educative quizzes, launched back then in 2004, will be going on break because their biggest sponsor, MTN Nigeria had just pulled out meaning a big blow.
This recent development was revealed by the show’s anchor and popular comedian, Frank Edoho at the end of the 13th season yesterday and via their official Twitter handle and it wouldn’t be back until they can secure a new sponsor.
Unfortunately, there is no word yet on the resumption date or expected sponsors likely to step in.Below is the formal announcement as announced by the show’s management.
